The Valencia Project is a small house plan with a pool on a 10x20 lot. It was designed to cater to a compact family looking for a pleasant, functional, and enjoyable living environment. In the design of this project, it was important to work with the characteristics of modern architecture and highlight unique aspects in its facade. The straight lines, the volumetry, and the pergola in the garage brought dynamism and sophistication to the house's calling card. The LED lighting allowed its designs to be highlighted and made the facade even more unique.

The Valencia Project has a floor plan designed for a 10x20 lot. In its 78.72m² of built area, 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 2 bathrooms, 2 garage spaces, and a pool were distributed. It is a small single-story floor plan that integrates the living room and kitchen. It has a double-height ceiling in the living room to create a sense of spaciousness and greater well-being for the residents. The private areas include 2 bedrooms, 1 social bathroom, and 1 suite. In the external area, a laundry room and a pleasant backyard with a pool were developed.

The Marrocos Project was developed to accommodate an average-sized family seeking a comfortable and stylish home. In this plan, the great challenge for the ArchShop team was to optimize the spaces without compromising the usable area of the house. It was possible to deliver maximum comfort and integration to the residents while maintaining a pleasant space on the lot. The facade presents a proposal of modern lines and a simple, yet very effective composition. The front terrace offers a privileged view of the front of the property and is the ideal space to gather with family.


The Marrocos Project has a floor plan designed for a 10x20 lot. In its 166.89m² of built area, 3 bedrooms (1 master suite), 3 bathrooms, 2 garage spaces, and a gourmet area were distributed. The floor plan has 2 floors and sought a comfortable division between the project's rooms. On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall, integrated living room and kitchen, half bath, master suite, and laundry. In the garage, we also designed the gourmet area, optimizing spaces and the lot. On the upper floor, we have a circulation area of 5.99m² (in which we developed a practical office), a social bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a front terrace of 44.69m².

The Taiwan Project is a house that incorporates everything we think of when it comes to high standards. We see this right from the facade, which exudes grandeur and modernity. With a camouflaged finish, the entrance door creates the illusion of being larger than it really is. This illusory height accompanies the double-height ceiling and adds a sense of spaciousness to the interior of the house. Modern and imposing, the house also stands out for the volumetry of the architectural design, which gives the final touch of high standard.

The Taiwan Project has a floor plan designed for a 10x20 lot. In its 302.94m² of built area, 4 bedrooms (2 suites and 1 master suite), 5 bathrooms, 1 garage, gourmet area, and pool were distributed. The floor plan has an impressive 3 floors that divide the social, private, and leisure areas. On the ground floor, we find the living room, dining room, kitchen, washbasin, social bathroom, laundry, and a guest room.


On the second floor, we have a circulation area transformed into a TV room, 2 suites, and 1 master suite with a closet and a bathroom with a whirlpool tub. The master suite also has a private balcony overlooking the back of the house. On the third floor, we designed a 44.20m² gourmet area, a social bathroom, a front balcony, and an impressive wooden deck with a pool.

The Bélgica Project is one of the biggest successes in the ArchShop portfolio and can be implemented in both gated communities and open neighborhoods. The facade of this two-story house adopts modern architecture as its inspiration, favoring simple and precise lines. Its architectural design is elevated and takes advantage of the full width of the lot for the facade. In the rest of the plan, the side setback allows for better external circulation and optimizes the lighting and ventilation of the rooms. At night, the lighting with wall sconces adds even more charm to the house.


The Bélgica Project has a floor plan designed for a 10x20 lot. In its 204.28m² of built area, 3 suites (one demi-suite and one master suite), 3 bathrooms, 2 garage spaces, a gourmet area, and a pool were distributed. The floor plan has 2 floors and features a division between social and private areas. On the ground floor, we find an entrance hall, an open concept that embraces the TV room, dining room, and kitchen, a pantry, laundry, half bath, and a gourmet area with a pool. On the second floor, we present a mezzanine, a demi-suite, and a master suite with a closet, bathroom, and private balcony.
