1. Policy

This document establishes the return, cancellation, and refund policies of the online architecture store ArchShop. By finalizing the hiring of our services, the CONTRACTING PARTY (our client) agrees to the terms and conditions described herein. It is important to read this document carefully before proceeding with your purchase. By agreeing to ArchShop's return and refund policies, the CONTRACTING PARTY acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:

1 - The purchased projects will be delivered digitally in 100% digital format, through the email provided by the CONTRACTING PARTY. It is the responsibility of the CONTRACTING PARTY to print (plot) the files at their preferred print shop.

2 - The delivery time for ready-made projects is established within 15 business days, from the confirmation of payment by ArchShop.

3 - If the service includes complementary projects (such as electrical and hydraulic projects), the delivery time for these ready-made projects is also 15 business days, from the confirmation of payment by ArchShop.

4 - The projects developed by ArchShop follow the current ABNT and NBR standards. However, if it is necessary to make specific changes or adjustments to the standards of your municipality, the CONTRACTING PARTY should contact our customer service department to obtain a personalized quote.

5 - The CONTRACTING PARTY acknowledges the importance of hiring a professional of their trust for the project approval process by municipal bodies and, subsequently, for construction. The responsibility for the approval and execution of the project is exclusively the CONTRACTING PARTY's.

6 - ArchShop holds the intellectual property rights over the presented projects. It is expressly forbidden to reproduce, donate, assign, share, or distribute the content of the projects in whole or in part without prior written authorization from ArchShop.

7 - The billing and payment for the projects provided by ArchShop are carried out by specialized companies, which have platforms and security methods to protect the CONTRACTING PARTY's financial information, including card data and other necessary information.

8 - ArchShop is obliged to protect, maintain confidentiality, and keep confidential all information, personal data, and databases it has access to. It follows the terms of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), including its subsequent amendments and regulations.

9 - It is important to note that any purchase made on the ArchShop website is considered permanent and non-refundable. The CONTRACTING PARTY has access to a preview of the project with relevant information before the purchase. The CONTRACTING PARTY may also request a video call meeting to check details and other project information deemed pertinent before hiring. Therefore, it is not possible to request a return, cancellation, or refund after the purchase.

2. Cancellation and Refund by ArchShop's Initiative

ArchShop will carry out the cancellation and refund under the following circumstances:

1 - Impossibility of delivering the goods: if it is impossible to deliver the purchased goods due to the non-existence of the delivery address indicated by the buyer or its inaccessibility, the product will be returned to our Distribution Center. In this case, ArchShop will proceed with the return of the amounts corresponding to the prices of the products, excluding shipping costs if any.

2 - Unavailability of the goods: if the goods purchased by the buyer are not available on the ArchShop website due to product sales, we will refund the amounts paid by the buyer using the same payment method used in the purchase. In such situations, the buyer will be informed of the occurrence.

By proceeding with the hiring of ArchShop's services, the CONTRACTING PARTY is aware of and agrees with all the return, cancellation, and refund policies established herein. We recommend carefully reading this document before finalizing the purchase to ensure a complete understanding of all conditions related to our services.
