Two-Story House Project With Double-Height Ceiling and Modern Facade

What defines a contemporary house are the simple lines and shapes in its architecture, both externally and in its interior environments, influenced by the combination of modern, technological, and minimalist, whether in its construction or decoration, and the Memphis house is an example of this. Set on a flat plot, the project consists of an interplay of volumes and overlaps that create maximum integration between environments and a sense of spaciousness. The social and leisure areas are located on the ground floor, which opens completely to the garden and pool, harmoniously integrating with the living, dining, kitchen, and gourmet areas. This practical configuration meets all the residents' needs without sacrificing charm and comfort. In addition to the integration of the living room environments, a large glass door leading to the leisure area expands the internal sensation, bringing integration with the garden and plenty of natural light. Still on the ground floor, we have a guest suite, which, besides being cozy, ensures privacy. On the upper floor, the private areas are spaciously dispersed to isolate the master suite at the front of the project, designing an intimate balcony for the couple. The other suites, equally spacious, project to the rear of the residence, providing views of the leisure area and garden. The facade, like any contemporary facade, features large openings, an interplay of volumes, and high-quality materials, mixing cold materials (concrete and stone) and highlighting the wooden panel of the remainder, which stands out in soft colors and provides a feeling of sophistication, with simple lines and shapes.
