Two-Story House Plan 10x25 With Pool

The Santiago Project is a ready-made plan for a 3-suite, 10x25 two-story house. Its planning was designed to accommodate a family seeking a more comfortable and functional environment. The division of rooms and the enhancement of circulation areas ensured a unique fluidity to the project. Its facade was designed to reflect modern architectural features and brings dynamism to its volume. The chosen colors and materials convey refinement and sophistication. The entrance door is mimicked in wood, giving a sense of length and matching the project's height.
The house was divided into 2 main wings: social and private. On the first floor, we have the social wing, which masterfully adopts an open concept in its design. We have the integration of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The environment is very well lit thanks to the Electrical Project, which enabled the distribution of recessed ceiling lighting. Wood tones are also responsible for the feeling of warmth. They are present from the dining table and the slatted panel adorning the TV to the planned kitchen furniture. The variation in wood types helps create niches and adds dynamism to the space. The social area also has a practical half-bath that assists in receiving guests. The laundry room was designed to optimize domestic services, offering simple, clean, and efficient cabinets.
On the second floor, we have the private wing. It was important to allocate all bedrooms to the upper floor to ensure residents had a private space in the house. The two-story house project features 3 suites distributed along the 10x25 plot. In the first suite, the 12.47m² area was designed to create a cozy and warm atmosphere. It primarily uses natural tones, such as wood and the color green, in addition to playing with a relaxed and elegant decoration. We highlight the wall lamps, which give the room a more intimate feel. The bathroom of the first suite develops neutral tones and works with a palette of gray colors and materials. Its project is sophisticated and minimalist.
For the second suite, we have a delicate and elegant plan. Like the first, it strongly adopts wood as the main tone and material. The intelligent distribution of furniture precisely utilizes its 9.60m² area. The closet mirror helps to increase the sense of space and enhances its mild personality. We highlight the wooden slats that surround its perimeter and mark its look. The bathroom of the second suite also invests in a neutral palette that combines materials and coverings.
The last suite of the 3-suite, 10x25 two-story house gained a 17.48m² area and was designed for the couple. Its design features a private corridor to the room, also used to house the planned wardrobe. The bedroom has an exquisite and accentuated design, following the natural tones palette of the previous suites. Its interior design is exquisite and features intelligent furniture that elevates the sophistication of the house. We highlight the double bed headboard, adorned with functional cabinets and shelves and a green slatted panel. The bathroom of the third suite is clean and wrapped in marbled coating - maintaining the high standard of the rest of the house.
Returning to the first floor, the project designed a charming and functional half-bath for the leisure area. Despite being simplified, its design is elegant and perfect for serving residents and guests who are in the back of the house. The 3-suite, 10x25 two-story house project ends in a pleasant gourmet area. Accessed through the glass doors in the kitchen, the environment has a relaxing 10.92m² area, in addition to a formidable pool for hotter days.
