One of the highlights of the facade is the tall window, which accompanies the double-height ceiling, bringing brightness to the internal environments. The mimicked door, in turn, reinforces the feeling of longitude and gives authority to the design, further highlighting the facade.
Its neutral and elegant color palette gives a sophisticated and contemporary air. At night, the LED lights highlight the design lines and accentuate its volumetry. The facade of Project Casablanca is marked by its modern design and line planning. It is a house for those who care about following architectural trends and value richness in detail.

The layout of Project Casablanca's plan integrated the TV room and the dining room, creating a larger and more welcoming environment. The windows were strategically distributed to ensure optimized lighting and avoid dark and poorly lit corners, enhancing the quality of life for residents. The use of white paint on the walls and ceiling also expands the feeling of grandeur and enables natural light, providing a more pleasant environment. The interior design invested in a light and sophisticated approach, with woody, neutral, and warm tones that reinforce the inviting details of the house.

Upon going up to the upper floor of the house, it is noticeable that the area was dedicated exclusively to the bedrooms, providing more privacy to the residents. The staircase leading to the second floor accompanies a double-height ceiling and a tall window, creating a bright and sophisticated environment. The mezzanine, optimized as an office, is one of the most notable features of this floor. With the double-height ceiling, it was possible to create an extra and functional space without compromising the usable area of the house.
The first suite was planned as a shared room for children and features a fun interior design that mirrors the personality of the residents. A highlight is the slatted wood paneling on one of the walls, which gives the room a cozy and deep touch. The second suite, in turn, has a special design that embraces a private balcony of 14.02m². The planned furniture of the second suite was designed punctually and functionally, respecting and taking advantage of the room's design. The suite features natural tones and ample presence of wood. The application of slatted paneling, for example, brings dynamism to the room. Finally, the master suite boasts a closet of over 16m², a sophisticated bathroom, a very well-lit room, and a private balcony of 8.64m². Its layout and the light and open color palette convey total serenity and comfort to the residents.

The leisure area of Project Casablanca is a true invitation to relaxation and family entertainment. Located at the back of the house, it consists of a 22.68m² wooden deck. With an inviting design, the deck is a quiet and relaxing space that provides moments of unwinding and well-being.
The leisure area has direct integration with the gourmet kitchen through glass doors that allow easy access to the convivial environments. In addition, Project Casablanca's leisure area features a service bathroom with an exit to the outdoor area, an outdoor shower with a marble finish, and a pleasant whirlpool tub. These additional elements complement the leisure experience of the house, providing even more comfort and convenience to its residents.
