Single-Story Project With 3 Suites and Integrated Environments

On a 22x30m² plot, this super modern construction with contemporary volumetry has 246.19m² of built area. We believe that the neutral tones and the double-height ceiling are the elements responsible for the amplitude in this house. We created something spacious. This project allows for the free and comfortable circulation of residents between its integrated environments. For the furniture design, we chose low and straight-lined furniture. The wall deserves special attention. The dark stone cladding and the grout illuminated by an LED strip enhance the environment and create contrast in the architectural language. For the kitchen, the objective was to create a section of integrated spaces that would facilitate the residents' daily lives. This makes it easier to unload groceries, watch soap operas while cooking, and even receive guests for get-togethers. The barbecue grill is inside the house; the goal here was to make this space the social area of the project, perfect for hosting the family for a Sunday lunch.
