Ready-Made Single-Story House Project With 2 Suites

We idealized the Nevada Project to meet the demand of a modern and very dynamic family. Its architectural plan features a unique distribution of environments, exceptionally developed so that all residents and visitors have the best coexistence and interaction - all without sacrificing the privacy that some rooms require.
We based the design of this project on modern and sober references - the facade expresses this very well. Using neutral tones and wooden details, we bring sophistication to the personality of the house, which also features rustic elements and a final touch of landscaping. The straight lines in geometric formats on one of the walls are highlighted by the addition of LEDs, reinforcing the volumetric and creative look of the project.
In developing the internal area, we opted for a casual and inviting approach. It's the type of comfortable house that embraces you as soon as you enter. We applied the open concept to the social rooms, creating a greater sense of spaciousness and space. The absence of partitions between the environments allows for greater freedom and fluidity of movement - the perfect solution for a bustling and contagious family.
The living room, dining room, and kitchen are united in this incredible and very functional integrated environment. The aesthetic used on the facade echoes into the interior design, which assumes a neutral and luxurious character. The contrast between the chosen color palette and the wooden tones creates a space with industrial influences, displaying coziness and sophistication.
The private area in this project was very well developed and kept the rooms out of the social circuit. With reserved and discreet access right next to the living room, we have a main corridor that connects the two suites, a bedroom, and a bathroom. All rooms are very well developed and carry the modern design of the project.
For the first suite, we chose a light and welcoming appearance, full of mild colors and wooden details. The furniture in this room supports its aesthetic approach, further extending the intimate personality of the environment. Its bathroom exhibits a simplified and minimalist design, yet dialogues with the rest of the house through its wooden finishes.
The central bedroom of the private area has more limited space, being fully utilized and optimized by our team. The interior design layout allowed all the furniture and details applied to the room to create harmony, without losing breathing space and room mobility.
The second suite presents refined and subtle aspects. Neutral colors are still present in this environment, now with the addition of textures and prominent finishes. The presence of mirrors in the room facilitates the feeling of space, while the floating light fixtures add personality to the room. Its bathroom is highlighted by the yellow-toned cladding that provides a feeling of tranquility and joy.
The gourmet area is presented right next to the kitchen, divided only by glass doors дуже well applied to the project, they help in the integrated character of the rooms, at the same time that it delimits them. For this environment, we couldn't escape the classic rustic aesthetic of gourmet areas. The burnt cement of the walls accentuates the welcoming and stimulating personality of the wooden furniture.
Attached to the gourmet area, we find the laundry room - designed for enhanced daily functionality - and a bathroom, clad in the same yellow tones found in one of the suites, to meet the needs of your guests without having to give up the private space of the house.
The gourmet area is always the ideal room to receive your family and friends in fun and relaxed gatherings. But everything gets a thousand times better when it has direct access to a captivating leisure area. For the Nevada Project, we opted for a large wooden deck, a pool, and very well-elaborated living points to best serve you, your family, and guests!
