An extremely elegant and sober design, which stands out thanks to its straight lines and monochromatic tones that are of extreme good taste. Going up the stairs, you have a generous and extremely modern office. There are 18 m² of built area with a privileged view. When creating this project, the ArchShop team was careful to provide the privacy the office needs without isolating it; its windows open to the living room, gourmet area, and dining room. Perfect for those who want to work and still keep an eye on the children.
Let's move on to the private environments. The design here draws attention for the care in developing every detail, from the burnt cement finish to the shelves that use materials like wood and steel. The highlight is the lighting, which gained a touch of sophistication, on the wall above the bed with exposed piping, details typical of industrial projects.
Elegant and sophisticated, with details that converse with the design of the previous room but still maintain its identity and signature. The finish of some walls also received burnt cement, and the detail on the headboard makes the design even more characteristic.
The guest bathroom has a sober and luxurious tone that will surely amaze your visitors. The chosen finishes make this environment more elegant, and space here will not be an issue.
The master suite is a project that deserves to be mentioned separately. Design and finish that exude elegance, the wood finish reinforces the feeling of coziness and makes the environment even more luxurious. The master suite's bathroom is very spacious and has some points worth mentioning: the finish with an industrial touch is a success by the development team and makes everything even more elegant.
