Detailed project description

For the Rome Project, we opted for the best blend of modern, traditional, and minimalist design. With a sober yet personality-filled facade, the project inspires respect and originality. Accompanied by a 2-car garage and green area, the facade is inviting at first impression, calling you to enter and feel at home.

Right at the beginning, as soon as we pass the main door, we are immersed in a comfortable and very well-lit environment. The large windows allow the interior of the house to be filled with even more life, contributing to an always pleasant day-to-day.

The living room, with its strategically distributed elements, is the best place to spend time watching TV, receiving guests, chatting, or just enjoying the environment.

Below the stairs to the second floor, with a modern and intimate look, an area designed for reading and relaxation.

Beyond the living room, separated only by a very nice slatted wood panel, is the dining room. This spacious environment allows for many happy moments with family or friends - this is because the room is surrounded by glass doors, with access to other rooms in the house, such as the kitchen and gourmet area.

In the kitchen, we have a clean and practical environment, with an island in the center that facilitates mobility and the division of the room. The layout of the cabinets and appliances is designed for an uncomplicated experience, fitting into your daily life in the best way. The kitchen also has two other access doors: one to the side of the house and another to the service/laundry area.

Going up the stairs, we reach the second floor, presented through a modern mezzanine. It is from here that we will have access to the other rooms. Throughout the house, there is a constant dialogue between the adopted wooden details and the present minimalist architecture. From this dialogue, a unique and modern look is born.

The guest room is on the ground floor. In addition to being an en-suite, it also boasts a cozy size, closets, and a full-length mirror - these are details that allow your guest to have a welcoming experience.

In addition to the guest room, the Rome Project features 3 other bedrooms, all on the second floor of the house. One of them has a pleasant layout for a bed, closet, desk, and bathroom, with special highlight also for a generously sized balcony at the front of the house.

The other room expresses a comfortable design, with ideal spaces for a closet, bed, desk, and bathroom, and a privileged view from its balcony.

Next to it, we have a sliding door that houses the home office. It is an environment designed for those seeking tranquility and focus. Its large desk, occupying much of its perimeter, allows for more agility and direct access to what you need.

The last room is the master suite, thus the most feature-rich in the house. It not only boasts large windows with a balcony and a luxurious internal size but also gains a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a very elegant closet as a trump card.

The gym is located in a reserved space, accessible through the gourmet area or from the back of the house. The neutral environment, aimed at stimulating your concentration on exercises, is also accompanied by a separate bathroom at its entrance.

The gourmet area is accessed by the larger glass door next to the dining room. With a rustic approach and lighting that contributes to the mood of the environment, it is the definition of an inviting area, perfect for hosting a relaxed Sunday gathering. It features a complete distribution of elements, from space for a table, chairs, armchairs, and a TV area, to the kitchen part which, although similar to the previous one, boasts a barbecue. In addition to the connection with the dining room, the gourmet area also has an opening to the gym.

At the back, on a lawn that dialogues with the aesthetics of the house, there is a very inviting jacuzzi and fire pit. The ideal space for a gathering with friends or family, in a cozy and relaxing system, perfect for you.
