Detailed project description
The Denmark Project presents itself as a contemporary, high-standard, and extremely sophisticated house. Its facade design seeks to express the modernity of current architecture, boasting straight lines and precise volumetry. The distribution of architectural elements creates a more imposing and striking impression of the project. Its neutral tones enhance the elegance of the house and serve as a base for the other facade components.
The wooden pergola, for example, stimulates the project's dynamism and offers both functional and aesthetic presence. The woody look is perfect for integrating landscaping into the facade. It also includes a path that guides the resident through the garden to the entrance, thus consolidating a more inviting personality. At night, the lighting also does not disappoint. In the garage, especially, the play of lines and geometric shapes created by the lights further modernizes the space.
The house was designed for a family that loves to receive family and friends. For this reason, aiming for the total comfort of the residents, the social spaces were separated from the intimate spaces. The first floor comprises the private areas, and the second floor comprises the areas for socializing and leisure. Through the project's side access, guests can be directed straight to the second floor. This planning preserves the residents' privacy without sacrificing the dynamism of the floor plan.
In the private areas, 3 suites and an office were distributed. Starting with the office, it gains a strategic location in this project. It is a reserved room, designed for a quiet home office and moments of concentration and focus. Its design exudes warmth, worked mainly in natural and neutral tones. The furniture references industrial language and brings modernity to the space. To not isolate it completely, it received a glass enclosure that integrated it even more with the rest of the house.
The first suite was designed for a pre-teen resident. The decoration and layout of the room sought to be versatile and adaptable to changes. It was important to create a plan that would accompany the resident's growth. The corner window adorns the desk and ensures a much brighter room. We also highlight the bookshelf, with a unique design that expresses a creative and friendly personality. The suite also has a very functional closet and a bathroom with a modern, cozy, and sophisticated design.
The second suite was designed for the family's youngest child. Like the first room, the space was also designed to accompany the child's growth. The planned bunk bed integrates a project that sought to be practical, fun, and safe. The architectural elements gained bright and cheerful colors, combining with the decoration and aiming to stimulate the well-being of the little resident. Establishing harmony between the rooms, the suite's bathroom was also equipped with cheerful elements.
In the master suite, the project adopted a more minimalist and sophisticated style. Here we have the abundant presence of neutral tones that amplify the refined and high-standard atmosphere. Its closet is spacious and offers efficient interior planning. The bathroom features exquisite materials and finishes that elevate the user's experience. We highlight the double vanity and the two showers, designed to facilitate the couple's daily routine. In the bedroom, we find an illuminated palette that comes to life through the natural light entering from the glass doors. Its design is delicate yet striking. The large mirror covering one of the walls gives the room a feeling of spaciousness. It is also responsible for assisting with ambient lighting.
Going down to the second floor, we arrive at the social areas of the project. In meticulous planning, the living room, kitchen, gourmet area, and game room were unified into a single space. The open concept in this project was used masterfully and allowed for the creation of a larger, more complete, and sophisticated environment. We highlight the application of the double-height ceiling, which ensured optimized lighting and a sense of grandeur. The connection between all social rooms allows residents and guests to circulate better. In addition, it contributes to a more complete view of all spaces.
On the second floor, 2 suites were also designed, intended as guest rooms. Both feature a simple yet adequate design to receive visitors in the best possible way. The design matches the atmosphere of the house and conveys coziness to the guests. The laundry room was also designed on the second floor, with a practical and functional area. It has space for ironing, a clothes rack, and cabinets for cleaning products and other items in the category.
The leisure area project developed at the back of the house features a 38.66m² wooden deck. It houses areas for socializing, a hot tub with a pergola, and an inviting 18m² swimming pool. The area also has a fire pit designed next to the deck, in contact with the landscaping that frames the house.
