House Plan with 3 Bedrooms, Gourmet Area and Pool

The Ireland Project is a house plan with 3 bedrooms, a gourmet area, and a pool, developed for a 12x25 plot. Its facade design is imposing and features a mix of architectural elements. The project is elongated by its tall window and mimicked door. The neutral-toned composition dialogues with the chosen materials and textures, reflecting the best of current architecture. Highlighting straight lines and a garden on the front balcony of the second floor, the modern two-story house project asserts its presence.
On the first floor, it was important to work with the integration of social rooms. Upon entering, we have a complete view of the ground floor, from the living room to the pool at the back. This integration allows for optimized resident movement and facilitated communication between spaces. The environment is wrapped in white walls that reflect light and make it brighter. The color also contributes to the feeling of spaciousness, disguising shadows and lines that might delimit the rooms.
Based on a white color scheme, it is the interior design that imprints the personality of this area. Playing with shades of gray and especially with wooden furniture, the planning created a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The inclusion of natural items, such as plant pots, adds the final touch to ensure the well-being of the residents. The kitchen adopts a peninsula format that defines the perimeters of each space without losing the total integration of the environment. 
This is a 3-bedroom house plan with an office. Still on the ground floor, it was developed for home office days and studies. The custom furniture was exclusively designed for more practical and efficient use of space. The office also has an adjoining bathroom, which aims to facilitate the user's daily life. The addition of the bathroom can also enable the transition of the office into a fourth suite in the project. A 3-bedroom house plan reversible to 4 bedrooms. 
The laundry room is also located on the first floor and was designed compactly. It is accessed through the kitchen and aims to collaborate with daily chores.
The Two-Story House
The second floor of this modern two-story house was designated for the private area. This is a 3-bedroom house plan with a suite. All bedrooms are suites, with one being a master. The first two suites have mirrored interiors, each with 12.95m². In them, the wardrobe design adorns the headboard of the bed. In addition to favoring free spaces in each bedroom, they also result in a unique design. In the first suite, for example, the use of LED lighting highlighted the volume of the wardrobe. Like the bedrooms, the two bathrooms were also mirrored. They received a modern and minimalist treatment. They are highlighted by the marbled porcelain on the feature wall.
In the master suite, the dark palette predominates to create a cozy, sophisticated, and sober atmosphere. Balancing the grayish and black tones with the warm lighting of the lamps and LEDs, it was possible to transform the room into an even more relaxing space. The closet follows its aesthetic and uses the same tones to create its niches. There are almost 9m² very well equipped for organizing clothes and belongings. Its bathroom exudes even more luxury and is a suite with a bathtub. 
Returning to the first floor, a charming guest toilet was designed with access from the gourmet area. Its planning is simple and aims to serve residents and guests. Speaking of it, the house's gourmet area is located next to the kitchen. The goal was a feeling of total integration, but without fully integrating them. The large glass doors are the solution for this purpose. The design encompasses the same aesthetic as the interior of the house and formulates its look in woody and grayish tones. The combination brings the rusticity that the environment calls for, without losing the sophistication of the project.
The 3-bedroom house project with a gourmet area and pool has a 15m² pool at the back. Together, the leisure areas add value to the house and benefit the well-being and comfort of the residents.
