Small Two-Story House Project with High Ceilings

Developed to accommodate an average family that needed a house with a lot of comfort and style, the Morocco project was a great challenge for the ArchShop development team. We needed to optimize the spaces to deliver maximum comfort and integration for the residents.

Right on the facade, you can see that the proposal here is to be light, and this becomes pleasing to the eye. The balcony that extends to the entrance of the house offers you a privileged view of the front of the property and is also a great place to gather with family.

Right at the entrance, still in the garage, you have the gourmet area. With a modern and practical design, it stands out for the use of burnt cement in the barbecue finish and the dark tones of the furniture. The balcony above the gourmet area is an extra charm in this project, spacious and very elegant, perfect for 'chatting' with your family.

The entrance hall blends the modernness of the lighting and finishes with classic details. The highlight here is the wooden sideboard, an element of great taste.

The living room is a charm and enchants everyone with its design focused on earthy tones. This increases the feeling of coziness and tranquility in the house. It is very important for those who arrive after a long day of work and need a calm place to recharge their batteries. The double-height ceiling enhances this feeling of space in this environment and the comfort you need.

The kitchen has a modern and pleasant design, designed to take advantage of the available space in the project and still maintain the level of elegance that you see in all environments here. Highlight for the slatted wood next to the cooktop; it is a very 'cool' way to separate the environments and still keep them integrated.

Modernity and practicality are keywords in this project. Still on the ground floor, you have a very beautiful and modern half bath, with beautiful finishes and perfect for your guests. At the back of the project, you have the laundry area, well-located and easily accessible.

The master suite is on the ground floor and is full of details that will leave you speechless. The slatted wood on the headboard is one of these items that deserve highlight. The master suite's bathroom is very practical and serves the couple very well. Another point is the closet, which is a 'treat' for you and your partner.

Moving to the upper floor, we arrive at bedroom number one. The intention here was to create a light and relaxed environment with a modern design to accommodate one of your children with great elegance and comfort.

The second bedroom already has a more intimate tone, but no less modern. The slatted wood on the wall behind the computer and the darker tones give a touch of coziness and tranquility that will make a lot of difference in everyday life.

The circulation area still offers a home-office environment with a full view of the living room. Next to it, you have access to a very elegant bathroom with wooden tones, perfect for those who will use the intimate areas of the house.

And to top it off, you have the balcony, which is very tasteful and perfect for those looking for an integrating project, with environments conducive to gathering your family and enjoying good times.
