Detailed project description

The Marseille Project establishes itself in our catalog as an example of modern residential architecture. Its facade encompasses the main architectural elements of today and ensures a sophisticated look for the house. The project balances functional solutions that do not compromise a refined aesthetic.

The layout of this project sought a unique distribution that would meet the residents' demands. Its rooms were designed to ensure that everyone's daily life was optimized and brought even more well-being. The entrance hall, for example, is a true calling card for this house. Seeking immediate impact, a wall was designed right in front of the door and serves as a divider for the social areas. The hall creates a smoother transition between spaces and adds exclusivity and elegance to the project.

With a well-defined house core, the Marseille Project integrates the social areas and creates a dynamic and very spacious environment. Its 56.03m² include a living room, dining room, kitchen, and gourmet area. The space is perfect for relaxed get-togethers or even an elevated day-to-day life. The social area is the heart of the house and was designed to improve circulation and the residents' routines.

The design of the integrated social areas adopts modern and sophisticated influences. Its aesthetic transitions between neutral tones, wooden furniture, metal details, and high-quality finishes. In addition, it features two glass doors that expand its contact with the leisure area. The space's ventilation is also optimized, and there is energy efficiency due to the abundant natural light. Its planning allowed for a cozy and pleasant atmosphere, ready to welcome residents and receive friends and family.

Isolated from the social core, the TV room was designed as a more intimate, reserved, and quiet space. Its design follows the project's visual identity and distributes sophisticated elements throughout the room. The room has a double-height ceiling and tall windows, which allow natural light to enter and expand the feeling of space. The room is ideal for watching movies and series with family and friends, as well as being a great option for moments of introspection and reading.

In addition to the social core, a practical laundry room was also developed. Its entrance is strategic and is located next to the kitchen. The laundry room has access to the outside area and ensures flexibility during services. The interior design was conceived to contribute to household chores, providing functional niches and cabinets. Next to the laundry room, we have the leisure area's bathroom. Worked in a rustic and elegant look, it serves residents and guests elegantly and effectively.

The Marseille Project sought to address all the residents' needs. In times of home office, it was important to plan 2 offices so that the couple could work privately and comfortably. The project for both is simple and they mirror each other. The desk covers the entire length of the wall, and the window allows for good natural light. The offices are designed in a quieter area of the plan, ensuring stability and quietness.

The private areas of this project are allocated to the side of the house. The project has 3 suites, 1 of which is a master. In the first one, we have a classic layout that involves a bed, desk, closet, and bathroom. This suite was designed to facilitate the resident's daily life, offering a practical distribution that favors circulation. Its look features a unique combination of materials and finishes. The lighting is pinpoint and highlights specific lines of the room, seeking a cozy and intelligent ambiance. The closet is a satisfactory size and provides a planned closed wardrobe. Its bathroom is modern and minimalist, embracing neutral tones and natural textures.

The second suite shares the same planning as the first, but with the addition of a bed and the removal of the desk. So that the space could be improved and there would be no major loss of area, the designed wardrobe helped in the arrangement of the elements and favored the circulation areas. The lighting reinforces its inviting atmosphere and makes the room even more pleasant. In the closet, the wardrobe doors were covered with mirrors. In addition to helping with the room's amplitude, it also collaborates with the residents' use.

In the master suite, the project includes a large 17.51m² room with direct access to the outside area. The glass door that makes this connection promotes a privileged view of the pool, good natural light, and enhances the couple's well-being. Its closet is spacious and offers efficient interior planning. In the bathroom, the modern style is present in the dark tones and intelligent lighting points. It offers an intimate and relaxing environment for residents. The double shower ensures a more articulated experience in daily life, helping to save time.

The icing on the cake of the Marseille Project is its leisure area. In an extremely pleasant and peaceful planning, a pool with a shallow area and spa, a fire pit, and an incredible bungalow were distributed. The area is framed by the project's gardens and landscaping. This is the ideal environment to enjoy free time, relax, and recharge your batteries after a long week. All comfort and sophistication are present in the high-standard design of Casa Marselha.
