Two-Story House Project With 2 Suites and Winter Garden

These are 151 square meters designed with great care and affection by the ArchShop team. This plan was designed to serve a small family, a couple with a child, who need to alternate between working from home and resting. The facade is modern and imposing, the highlight being the pergolas that protect the entrance, but still maintain the natural lighting of the house's entrance. This plan was a challenge for our team, but the result is extremely satisfactory. The project is on a 6-meter wide lot and this generates the first of the challenges, it was necessary to create spaces that were integrated to facilitate circulation and at the same time be independent of each other. The TV room is comfortable, practical and well designed, the panel is functional and the wood tones warm the environment, giving a feeling of coziness to this room. The dining room is very close and the development team created a subtle solution to separate the environments, the ceiling finish in the dining room creates this separation without a physical barrier, keeping circulation free. Upon arriving in the kitchen, you will be surprised by the quality of the design, the finishes and colors were precisely chosen to create the same feeling of separation. The feeling you get is of a larger environment due to the integration. One of the biggest differentials of this project is the winter garden that, despite being small, brings natural lighting, ventilation and is a great place to relax on a daily basis. The guest bathroom is large and complete, it will serve you and your visitors very well. Now let's go to the second floor, starting with the office, an environment that can have up to three people working at the same time with space and tranquility, it is a more intimate space with good ventilation and natural lighting. The first suite is for a young woman who needs privacy to rest and at the same time study or even work, the decoration is light and keeps the environment fluid and comfortable. The bathroom follows the suite's design, creating unity and giving personality to the environment. We arrived at the master suite, sober tones and details in the decoration give the touch of coziness that the environment asks for, the space was very well used and the master suite also has a generous closet. The bathroom is clean and modern, perfect for you. To complete, we have the balcony, a bonus that certainly catches the eye. The outdoor area is full of “treats”, in the gourmet area you have the perfect place to gather with family and friends in moments of celebration or just to enjoy the company.
