Detailed project description
What are you looking for in your new home? A practical place? A modern facade? An easy-to-build construction? Or perhaps a reduced square footage? You can combine all of this and you will have the Uruguay house.
The minimalist facade highlights the straight lines, and here we can already see that a technical solution was designed for it that also adds to the aesthetics: the use of louvers on the window.
A project of just over 96 m² that has space for two cars, integrated social environments, in addition to 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite.
Kitchen and living room share this environment where it is possible to gather the family with great practicality and warmth. The kitchen has light tones and planned cabinets to accommodate all the necessary appliances. The neutral mdf chosen allows the wood tone to stand out in the environment. The dining table then becomes an element that contributes to a more personalized and bold design, including here our team gave a special touch with a yellow lamp.
Right next to the table, we have the living room. In addition to all the natural lighting that we are about to show you, this room received highlight lighting in the plaster ceiling with spots and LED. The use of LED is also done on the TV panel, creating a high-level aesthetic language. These small details, although simple, make your home more refined.
Remember we mentioned natural lighting? It was extremely well explored by our architects here. See how the room is well equipped with windows on both sides. This opening to the winter garden allows, in addition to super lighting, to also improve the air quality of the house through natural ventilation. That's why we used a side opening to the garden, including in the hallway of the private area.
Speaking of the private area, let's get to know the bedrooms, starting with the master suite. The colors chosen to compose what will be your cozy corner were shades of brown and gray. A simple and charming upholstered headboard is highlighted by the use of light and geometric wallpaper on the wall. The pendant lights complete the look with indirect light.
Indirect lights were also used to highlight the television panel. Behind the wall of this panel is the closet. This closet was designed for you who do not want to exaggerate the size of the room, but love spaciousness; we achieved this effect through the use of mirrored doors on the cabinets.
In the suite's bathroom, the proposal was to break the monochromatic tones a bit. We created a color contrast between the countertop and cabinet, and to give the final touch, a blue geometric coating was applied in the shower stall.
The second bedroom is very well-planned. It is a versatile environment that can serve as a single bedroom, or even as that guest room that you use as an office повседневной. A well-planned and illuminated countertop contributes to well-being on home office days. The mirror on the panel, in addition to giving spaciousness, helps to improve lighting by reflecting the spots and LED from the ceiling.
The third bedroom is minimalist and also explores wood and gray tones, like the suite. In this room, the highlight is the headboard in an illuminated wood panel. The darker gray tone of the wall contrasts with the light-colored wardrobe with mirrored doors, and the wood used on both the headboard and the TV panel allows for a cozier atmosphere.
Last but not least, we have the guest bathroom. In this environment, we explored dark gray marble for the highlight on the wall and floor of the shower stall.
The Uruguay house is made for you who are a practical person and want a good project for your home.
