Detailed project description

The Kyoto Project is idealized mainly for those looking for an efficient simplicity in their daily lives. It is a very charming small house project, which does not give up its modern architecture and is full of charm.

Its facade suggests neutral colors that emit a discreet and sober atmosphere. The garage floor, which accommodates 1 car, is adorned with green area details connected to the side garden. The stone finish in the central part of the facade, along with the wooden door, creates an organic and very inviting look.

The house offers a side setback that guarantees a practical corridor, with access to the back and also to the laundry room. The beginning of this corridor is accompanied by a gray pergola, reinforcing the project's aesthetics.

In the living room, we are embraced by a comfortable and cozy environment. Within a limited area, our team succeeded in creating a pleasant space that makes you not want to leave. By using the wooden panel and other furniture details in the same material, a welcoming air is preserved, with the potential to be transformed into a home by you!

On the featured wall, a cool dark tone was chosen that contrasts with the warm color palette of the room. This contrast creates a new dimension to the interior of the house, further favoring its sophistication. In addition to being present in the living room and along the entire length of the kitchen, the wall continues to be used throughout the corridor: the result is the communion of the entire internal part of the project, in continuous harmony.

A U-shaped counter is responsible for the division between the living room and kitchen. This format allows the creation of an integrated space, collaborating in the feeling of spaciousness and preserving the niches of each room. When developing the project, our team worked on the best ways to use the space. Integration is a great solution for houses with limited land and also contributes to greater mobility in your daily life.

The kitchen is practical and very functional, with a distribution between furniture and appliances that guarantees ease of daily use. The implementation of the window on the side of the house aids in the natural lighting of the environment. The window format also contributes to the idea of elongating a small space, resulting in an even greater feeling of breathability.

From the kitchen, we have two accesses: the laundry room and the internal corridor.

The corridor leads us to the private area, starting with the bathroom. With extensive use of the color white, it imprints a clean and modern design. The checkered H-tile chosen for the H-box adds another layer to its style.

The first bedroom of the house comes next. Small in area, it is professionally worked to offer greater comfort and precision in the distribution of furniture. It is designed in neutral tones but with wooden floors that highlight a young, bright, and relaxed quality. It has a flexible presence in the project, and can also vary between a guest room and an office - depending on your needs.

The second bedroom of the house finishes the internal part. Darker tones are celebrated in it. Its elements are designed mainly to offer a comfortable and elegant environment. The wooden panels applied to the walls act as a frame for the room. Together with the wardrobe and bed, it becomes a functional and welcoming space, perfect for ending a long day of work.

In the external part of the project, following the side corridor, the laundry room is available. With a neutral color palette and also playing with wooden applications, it is an environment planned for daily practicality.
