Project Characteristics
Checking the project characteristics is essential to ensure your purchase, information such as land dimensions and built area are vital for the success of your purchase.
It is from this charming facade with an exposed roof that we invite you to visit Project Serbia. Its design brings extreme good taste and a style that mixes traditional architecture with modern architecture. Although conceived in neutral and soft tones, its details reinforce rustic characteristics. The presence of wood and stone cladding, mainly, accentuate this climate. Together with the lighting and landscaping adopted, an intimate and very welcoming personality is created for this house with an exposed roof.
The house's garage is spacious and has direct side access to the gourmet area. This is a strategic detail of the project, especially for residents who appreciate good get-togethers. By placing an external corridor, we ensure that the circulation of your guests is facilitated - in addition to preserving the internal area of the house. On the opposite side, we also have a side setback that generated another practical corridor. Through it, we access the deck with a pool, located at the back.

Project with integrated living room and kitchen
For the development of Project Serbia, the central idea was to separate the social areas from the private rooms. We can see in the humanized plan that there is a clear distinction between one space and another. Still, we were concerned with maintaining a sense of wholeness. While there is enough freedom for residents to enjoy the social rooms, there is enough privacy to relax in their bedrooms.
The welcome to the internal environment happens in the hall, a space of almost 3m² that helps in the daily lives of the residents. The wood cladding and the plants applied express a natural aesthetic, also present in the project's facade. From the hall, we have a complete view of the integrated social area. The demarcation between the living room and kitchen occurs through the application of the U-shaped counter and the wooden slats that frame the environment.
From the living room, we have access to the private corridor, separated by a sliding door. From the kitchen, two accesses: the side corridor and the gourmet area - both are presented by glass doors that expand the feeling of space and integrity. Lighting was an important factor in creating volume on the walls, furniture and even on the ceiling (with the help of plaster coves). As for natural light, the tall windows designed for the room allow the room to be very well lit during the day.

3-bedroom house project
The private area consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 social bathroom and 1 master suite (which includes 1 closet and 1 exclusive bathroom). For the two bedrooms, a simple and functional layout was idealized. The objective was to create practical rooms that accompanied the movement of residents. In the first bedroom, we have a light and peaceful decoration. The padded headboard signals a graceful, comfortable and minimalist personality. In the second bedroom, we find a more luxurious decoration. The wallpaper boasts glamour and dialogues with the woody tones and suede fabrics.
For the master suite, the soft tones were once again paired with wood cladding. This is a combination that marks the aesthetics of the project. In the room, we have exquisite indirect lighting, which fills the space with light without making it saturated or tiring. In the closet, an L-shaped wardrobe was designed, an ideal format for the resident to interact, choose their clothes and store their belongings. The bathroom follows, designed in sophisticated and very modern lines.

Gourmet area with modern barbecue
Returning to the social areas, the gourmet area is found next to the kitchen, accessed by a large glass door. In this environment, we have the application of darker and warmer tones, which claims the inviting personality of this space. Our planning allowed for the addition of a beer cooler, barbecue, sink and counter, making this a complete area. On the counter, we also used indirect light. Its iron stone cladding combined with Negresco granite further elevated the house's refinement.
The gourmet area is accompanied by a half bath - to ensure practicality in get-togethers - and a laundry room, with a specific location in the project. To close with a flourish, we have the leisure area, consisting of a large and imposing wooden deck that accentuates the house's pool. A space designed for the best moments for residents and their guests.
