Detailed project description

Meet the Toronto house, dynamic volumetrics and different materials make this facade stand out and enchant. What draws attention here are the details.

The metallic structure of the pergola suggests a robust aesthetic, while the 3D cladding brings delicacy and subtlety; this is the type of combination that makes the facade harmonious enough for you to be enchanted and not even know exactly why.

You will soon realize that there are many more reasons to be enchanted by this project. This plan is one of the best examples of architecture designed for modern life.

Imagine entering your home after an exhausting day of work and having the delightful view of your entire house, even the pool and the wonderful garden; you can already start to relax, right? This is the proposal of our architecture team for this house, an integrated environment, with a wide view and a lot of practicality.

To give the environment an even greater sense of space, the special touch is a high window in the living room's high ceiling. The slatted panel that surrounds the TV panel extends to the ceiling, bringing sophistication and verticality. The dining table is supported by a charming sideboard and is positioned next to the glass balcony door that offers a view of a beautiful garden, all to bring plenty of light and follow the concept of having a view of the outside at all times.

Even in the kitchen, we installed an opening so that this view is not lost. And speaking of views, pay close attention to the color palette designed for this environment. Our team, always up to date with trends, chose Fendi tones to compose the furniture. On the side, we have a pantry cabinet and a china cabinet, which allow you to store your kitchen items with more space and, because they are meticulously designed, elevate the aesthetic standard of the environment.

The glass doors of the kitchen open and you already have the integration of your entire living room with this wonderful gourmet area. I am sure that the practicality of having communication between these environments is exactly what you need for your barbecue moments with family and friends. The tones follow the same pattern as the kitchen, but here we dared a little more to make the environment more relaxed, for this we added different claddings to the walls as a highlight. And don't worry, if the children are in the living room watching a cartoon, you can keep an eye on them from here.

The gourmet area has a powder room where we used woody tones to bring more rusticity and compose the relaxed language that the area brings. Also from the gourmet area, we have access to the laundry room, here we used more neutral and grayish tones.

Let's go to the intimate area of the house now. Notice that the more restricted access to the bedrooms allows residents more privacy.

The first bedroom has a corner window facing the front of the house. The desk receives enough light for study days. The highlight of this room is the slatted wood headboard of the bed, providing a lot of coziness.

The second bedroom is for the baby who is yet to arrive, but everything is already being prepared with great care and personality. The choice was a neutral decoration in the furniture and investing in the details of the wall claddings. A geometric MDF panel and the themed wallpaper of little animals complete the cozy atmosphere for the baby.

Between the children's bedrooms, we have a shared bathroom, what we call a demi-suite. Access from the bedrooms is common in the washbasin area, however, the intimate cabin has unique access, maintaining the user's privacy. Both for the cabin and for the washbasin, light colors and neutral claddings were chosen.

To conclude the intimate area, we have the master suite. The bathroom of this suite is the combination that we love: simple and modern. The claddings are neutral, with a highlight only for the shower stall, and the black metals complete the scene bringing a touch of refinement.

In the closet, we dared a little more in the color contrasts, opting to put the furniture casing in a dark tone, highlighting the internal dividers in white and the beautiful dressing table.

Now look at the coziness of this room. The colors, although neutral, were chosen from the palette of brown tones, which allows what we call warmer tones; they allow this feeling of more coziness. With a privileged view of the garden, the bedroom has a corner window allowing opening to both the side and the back of the lot which, by the way, is a charm in itself.

This area of the lot was destined for leisure. It has direct access through the gourmet area and also through the side corridor. This layout invites you to use this area not only on party days, but every day. For you to feel right at home now, we made this special little corner perfect for relaxing at the end of the afternoon.

This project goes far beyond a facade that draws attention; it is designed in the smallest details to enjoy your home with the best possible experience. Modernity, practicality, and warmth are what you need for your daily life, and that is what the Toronto house will provide for your family.
