House Plan with 3 Suites and Pool With Deck

A project developed for those who appreciate luxury and modernity, but do not give up the practicality of a house designed by ArchShop. With its imposing design and lines that attract the attention of anyone who passes by, this beautiful project hides a challenge that our development team faced with much study and skill; the land for which we developed the Geneva project has a slope of  4.60 m over 30 meters of land length, and this makes the process a bit more complicated, but the result is undoubtedly magnificent.
Every detail of the facade was designed to bring this “dream house” feel to the exterior; the wood as a finishing element was carefully chosen by our team to bring the comfort and coziness from inside the house to the outside. The straight lines denote the modern “touch” of the project and create this dichotomy between concrete and wood, perfect for this project, and the best is reserved for dusk; the lighting highlights the project's reliefs and functions as a kind of frame for this beautiful picture.
Upon entering this project, you will realize that it differs from the others due to its specificities, but let's start from the beginning: the office that will make your colleagues “drool”, right at the entrance of the house with a large and very elegant space, it stands out for its privileged view of the leisure area.
As we have already pointed out, this project will be presented in a “little” different way due to the geography of the land; we used the first floor for the private areas, so let's get to know the first suite. Cozy and very elegant, this environment is perfect for resting after an intense day. The slatted wood on the headboard is a highlight, and the LED lighting gives a more intimate atmosphere to the suite and will make your guest even more relaxed. The bathroom of this suite is clean and the stainless steel finishes make it even more luxurious.
The second suite has a more imposing decoration, and the slatted wood here went up the wall, reaching the ceiling. Along with them were the LEDs, which, when lit, create a cascade effect in the lighting right above the headboard. To complete it, we still have the spotlights and the window that provides beautiful natural lighting. The bathroom uses wood finishing to give more warmth and coziness to the environment.
The master suite project had the mission of being practical and luxurious, and so we did it. In the finishing, we used slatted wood that goes from the TV panel in front of the bed to the side wall, creating unity and a welcoming language. The upholstered headboard is another item to be highlighted for giving more comfort to you and your partner. To make you fall even more in love with this project, we have a complete and very spacious closet with a dressing table and access to a high-standard bathroom; the bathtub and the shower stall finish are exquisite.
Now let's go down to the common areas; access is via the staircase located right after the entrance hall, before the office. Very easy and designed precisely to prevent your guests from staying too long in the private areas. Going down the stairs, you come across an extremely large and airy environment. Next to it is the living room. When developing this environment, our team of architects had in mind a family that likes to gather, so this environment creates an aura of connection and brings the residents closer. And to complete it, we have the fireplace, perfect to be your companion on cold movie nights with the family. Right next to it, we have a guest toilet with a washbasin; the design is very tasteful, and the location was designed to improve accessibility for anyone in the room.
Returning to the main hall, you have the kitchen, which is spacious, cozy, and practical. We didn't waste any space; the niches under the stairs are great for storing your family recipes that have surely been passed down for generations. The island with a cooktop gives more freedom to use the sink with other accessories and equipment. The dining table follows the tone of the finishes, completing the beautiful composition. Right next to it, you have a beautiful pantry that is extremely functional for anyone who ventures into the kitchen to keep it organized.
The gourmet area is a standout point. As we said before, this project draws attention to every detail, but this environment is a charm and deserves to be exalted. In addition to functionality and practicality, this gourmet area embraces you and your guests. The warm wood transforms your gatherings into moments that will hardly be forgotten. Next to the gourmet area, you have a complete bathroom that also serves the leisure area. The laundry room is also easily accessible and has a considerable space.
The sliding doors of the gourmet area lead you to the icing on the cake: the leisure area. Here you have the perfect space for any type of celebration. The pool is “gigantic” and has a very comfortable deck for you to enjoy a sunny day. Next to it, you have a fire pit with a lot of style and comfort, developed for you to share good times with family and friends.
